I 100% will book here again! This was by far the easiest and most affordable parking experience I’ve had in the city. I downloaded the On Air app and was able to snag the cheapest daily rate compared to every other option I checked. The process was super smooth from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond—seriously. I accidentally entered the wrong garage at first and messed up my ticket, but they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful in getting everything fixed without any hassle. Fine is now my parking company of choice. Why do you ask? The Fine staff and the excellent customer service. I would like to point out Jasmine Christmas in particular. She helped me get in the gate, directed me to my designated parking area and got me on the shuttle with Mel(Great guy)to get to the airport. My flight got cancelled. This was my first time ever using FINE airport parking. With the stress of traveling with 3 kids on my own and leaving the house at 3am, I didn’t realize I had reserved roof top parking and just parked in the first available parking spot. The staff is friendly, offering water, popcorn, little snacks, and roses to take home or on your trip with you. Restrooms are fine. The red bus (#2) picks you up from zone 3. Bus drivers have always been courteous. We usually get a fairly good price please they send you coupons via email. Great place to park!
