I can only recommend this complex to someone who is in dire need of a place to live. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and there are several major issues that need attention: Rodent Infestation: Our apartment has been overrun with rodents. Location is great and the apartment size is nice but that is where the positivity ends. The apartments are filled with pests and the property manager is extremely hard to contact. There isn't any communication for maintenance visits(If they actually show up). I would only recommend this place if you are in a really bad situation already.

I’ve been living at Finians Court for 24-25 years now and I enjoy my apartment, neighbors and management. I love it here.
Had an issue with my front door closing and Marcus came the very next day and fixed it now it shuts perfectly. Marcus is very professional and takes pride in his work Finian's Court is lucky to have him.
