Terrible customer service. I called I know it was at least 3 times and each time got an answering machine. Granted it was over the 4th of July holiday. Still til this day haven’t received a call back.Wouldn’t recommend! No one was even in the place on Saturday!! I took my business to Cool Springs storage! Even if they didn’t have any unit available, a call back would have been nice!
I got a storage unit and the next day I canceled it because I didn’t need it anymore they took $50 from me without even having it for 24 hours will never use them again
Good Place to keep products in a safe location while moving or not having enough room at home.

Easy to find facility with responsive staff. Well lit at night and the overall the perfect facility for storage at an affordable price.
