Dan and his team were extremely professional in every way possible. His guys were amazing when they were here working in the basement. Every group ,as they rotate in for their expertise during the project. We were impressed at the end of each day as we looked forward to seeing the daily progress. Basements Plus did a phenomenal job finishing our basement into an additional living space. The team was awesome to work with— from Tom who initiated the process, to Grace who was able to design our vision, to Dan who managed our project. I would work with Basements Plus again in a heartbeat! I am so glad that we stumbled upon one of their Open Houses. Basements Plus encapsulated my crawl space with their CleansSpace system. The whole team was very professional, thorough, and communication was great from beginning to end. Finished Basements Plus is great if you would like your basement remodeled. I’m still in the works of trying to get them out here for finishing my basement but so far what I’ve gotten was waterproofed done in my basement. It has been holding up so far so good. The workers are courteous and kind and respectful to your home. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants basement finishing. in the picture it’s the material they used to waterproof
