I brought them in for a second opinion after the first company I contacted couldn't figure out why the fireplace wasn't operating. Tyson came out (same-day) and spent about two hours troubleshooting the system and figured out the issue. Fireplace Professionals was thorough, professional, quick, and saved the day. From now on, they will be the first call I make and they should be yours, too. Honest and darn good at their craft. They saved us thousands and thousands of dollars. Thank you Tyson, you're the man!
Tyson from Fireplace Professionals did an excellent job. He was on time, friendly and professional. He went the extra mile to replace an old pipe in our fireplace and explain options if we need to repair the panels in the future. Very trustworthy and reliable. Fireplace Pros inspected our fireplace and found many issues inside and out. We have our fireplace cleaned each year and the companies have told us everything is fine, however we watched the video with our technician Kevin and found things were not fine. The former owner of our house did not repair an issue with the flashing around our chimney, so water was seeping behind the facia and had actually deteriorated some of the brick at the base of the chimney. The chimney itself was also deteriorating at the cap and several bricks had fallen due to crumbling. I had a great experience with Fireplace Pros. I had issues with the panels in my fireplace, and by no fault of their own, the replacement was delayed. However, Mary was so on top of it and provided regular updates and awesome customer service throughout the process. AJ, my tech, was always thorough, polite, and took the time to explain everything so well along the way. It was pleasure using this company and I would definitely recommend them!
