Patrick restored our glass fireplace to looking brand new! Also gave us so much helpful advice on use, maintenance, and expected life of the unit. We plan to have him out annually for cleaning and follow up.
I had Fireplace Pros a few years ago to replace a cement chimney cap. They did a perfect job and it still is in great shape. This time I had them clean out our 2 year old wood burning fireplace and chimney for the first time. He did it all from inside, was very clean and respectful of our house and offered some great suggestions. Be sure and schedule far in advance because they can be booked a couple months out in the fall. Decent price.

Fireplace Pros inspected our fireplace and found many issues inside and out. We have our fireplace cleaned each year and the companies have told us everything is fine, however we watched the video with our technician Kevin and found things were not fine. I brought them in for a second opinion after the first company I contacted couldn't figure out why the fireplace wasn't operating. Tyson came out (same-day) and spent about two hours troubleshooting the system and figured out the issue. Fireplace Professionals was thorough, professional, quick, and saved the day.
