My client hadn’t used his fireplace in over a decade, and when he mentioned that he suspected a leak I knew Fireplace pros would be able to get to the root of the problem. And sure enough they did and for a lot less money than anticipated. Now the fireplace is working perfectly! Fireplace pros actually went above and beyond what was even hoped. I had a great experience with this company, they very professional and knowledgeable. I needed an inspection completed, and they were so helpful in getting me scheduled during what I imagine is a busy time of year for them (fall). The technician that came out for the appointment was very personable and provided great information about the fireplace, and I’ll definitely be using this company again!
5 stars!!! Requested an inspection on my fireplace. Mary was able to get me on the schedule with in a week. On the day of my appointment, Pat called and was able to come earlier than scheduled, which worked out perfectly for me. He was very kind and explained the process for the inspection. He also explained options I had moving forward with changing out components of my fireplace. Everything was cleaned and left in perfect condition. I will definitely be doing business with Fireplace Professionals in the future.
Patrick restored our glass fireplace to looking brand new! Also gave us so much helpful advice on use, maintenance, and expected life of the unit. We plan to have him out annually for cleaning and follow up.
