Have been working with Kandice and others in the mortgage department on a mobile home loan. They have been incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. The process has been easy and moving much faster than I anticipated. Highly recommend this bank!

This credit union is fantastic, they took care of me when my credit was poor and didn't judge me. They provided the financial education to get my credit back to a respectable level.
As a member of 33+ years, I'm sorry to see the decline in customer service at First Alliance CU. Do not expect timely (or any) responses to online or voicemail messages especially to the loan department!

I went to go pick up my new card from First Alliance SE in Rochester Mn. First: the line was about 7 individuals long with only one bank teller working. Luckily I was the first on there so I had to wait only a couple minutes. Second: When I approached the bank teller booth, there was no sense of costumer service coming from the teller Ms. Amra F. Horrible customer service! Employees made my experience awful! I would rather dig a hole in my back yard and trust that no one will locate my money before I would trust anyone at this location! Worst customer experience.
Omg this is really inconvenient bank only two ppl working and a line of 7 customers waiting Wild the bankers have the biggest office ever! Oh and plz don't take the first entrance to go inside the bank!! It will take you the the drive-through . Maybe that's just me been dum lol but really is crazy how they wanna make the customer wait .. drive through it's the same with a waiting line of 3cars

I thought this would be a great experience since I've heard great things about credit unions. Their fraud policies have left me high and dry three times though. Once I was out of the country for vacation and even though I had called ahead to tell them the dates and location, they shut off my card. I was in a country where phones and internet were not easily accessible.
