This morning at 11:20 I was contacted by a member of this bank, he introduced himself and starts laughing at me when I tell him I have yet to receive the car, very unprofessional for a banker. Worked in the banking industry for 16 years and never seen a banker laugh at their customers misfortune, I would say he needs better training.
this bank is the worst, I never get email or notification of my checking account and I get hit with dormant fees without knowing, I get charge upfront fees when applying for a mortgage and never told why my mortgage application didnt go thru.
This Bank is great! They are always super friendly and helpful. The location on Jefferson knows me and never complaints when I am running in at 4:59 they always are happy to help me. Great service you will not regret banking with them!
Extremely friendly bank. They actually know and recognize us when we walk into the bank. We always get great service.
