This bank is terrible. Their website is beyond overly secure- you will not be able to log in without difficulty. I have to continually call to get access to my accounts. I specifically had difficulties today as I sit on hold due to JESSICA saying that one of my answers to the 7+ personal questions begain with "I don't know", although the rest of the sentence was let me check, she says because I said "I don't know" she has to consult with a manager. It's a breath of fresh air to go to a bank where you walk in and they know your name. I was very impressed when this happened to me. In a world where you're mostly treated like just a number. It was nice to hear my name and a nice greeting.
I’ve been banking with First American for about twenty years and I recommend it. It’s a regional bank not big corporate bank yet it has all the perks! Zelle, online bank app, remote deposit. I also like the friendly tellers!
Cleanest, nicest First American Bank I have ever had the privilege of visiting. Paula was very personable and friendly and helped us in a timely manner. 11/10 would recommend, I will be making the commute in the future to utilize this branch again.
