It's a breath of fresh air to go to a bank where you walk in and they know your name. I was very impressed when this happened to me. In a world where you're mostly treated like just a number. It was nice to hear my name and a nice greeting.
Cleanest, nicest First American Bank I have ever had the privilege of visiting. Paula was very personable and friendly and helped us in a timely manner. 11/10 would recommend, I will be making the commute in the future to utilize this branch again.
