Recently I closed on a Home Equity Loan at the St. Charles branch, at North Ave and Kirk Rd. We made several changes that made it complicated. Donna Ibarra was our Personal Banker and she went above and beyond and was both patient and very helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to open my commercial business account with the bank, and everyone bent over backwards to help, including Donna, Jackie Lange and Tim Dawe.
