Recently I closed on a Home Equity Loan at the St. Charles branch, at North Ave and Kirk Rd. We made several changes that made it complicated. Donna Ibarra was our Personal Banker and she went above and beyond and was both patient and very helpful. I was so impressed that I decided to open my commercial business account with the bank, and everyone bent over backwards to help, including Donna, Jackie Lange and Tim Dawe. This bank discriminates against Latinos. Not only did they fail to provide services in Spanish knowing there was a language barrier, but made an assumption based on appearance. They assumed that because a Latino man was cashing in a VAILD check, and the person who made out the check was a staff member’s mom, instead of calling their mom (Which was the person who made out the check) in the first place, they provided a BS excuses that they would not process it.
