Excellent business banking, wonderful people. I can easily call the branch directly and speak to someone(first name basis). They can handle any issue quickly and thoroughly. I also love their emphasis on business banking security
Bad experience at this branch ,only 2 people supposedly working that day {Mirabella and Amane and she was the worst Amane}had to wait for 25 minutes just to make a mortgage payment that took 2 minutes!The other lady, Marabella ,who was in another room, did not come out,until Amane had trouble doing a transaction for the gentlemen ahead of me ! Grocery store has better customer service and the sarcasm of Amane saying have a nice day as I Ieft the bank . Very DISAPPOINTED !!!!!! 14245 La Grange Rd
Closing my account ASAP i’m being charge fees associated with my checking account that I wasn’t told when opening it. every time I’ve had a question no one seems to be able to know the answer and then they give me an attitude for getting upset because they don’t know how to do their job. I shouldn’t have to speak to three different people about a service fee that I’m being charge for.
