Very Pleased When I first walked into the Niles branch, I was bombarded with hellos. It had a energetic atmosphere and it seems that every employer is on there feet. The managing is professional and well accounted for. Their service is spectacular and I recommend this establishment for all!!!
Great branch/RUDE manager I'm in the bank, not quite daily but close enough. Personal bankers are extremely polite and do quite well for the favors or services I request. The location manager, the head of the location is extremely rude. I've witnessed on multiple occasions her treating customers with curt responses, unpleasant facial gestures, and I have even seen her quite a few times (I believe her name is Vicky) rudely speak to her own staff.
