Excellent service on our recent HELOC. Representatives were very helpful and the whole process easy and efficient. I would recommend First Am Bank to anyone looking for a loan.
Don’t go to this bank unless you want to get racially profiled when depositing a large check. Went to deposit a legit check from my previous bank, it was deposited then returned because it had check reader markings on it. Then they closed my account for suspicious activity. I guess being black and trying to deposit a check is suspicious. Horrible bank
The People and environment are Amazing don’t get me wrong! But when it comes to the banking portion, like the app, the ATM’s at the Branches, and the overall functionality of the banking is just very obsolete compared to where all other banks are at with the advanced and always updated technology.
