The staff at every level has been competent, friendly, and gone out of their way to help resolve problems that arose, e.g., getting approval of an account when documents were initially deemed inadequate by "Compliance," coming to our home to enable a disabled customer to provide notarized signatures, and helping to set up and correct problems we had with our on line account.
Just a great place to bank. The staff is very friendly and helpful and super knowledgeable. 10 out of 10!
