Very friendly and professional staff but also still gives off the small town/small bank feel.
Angela is as sweet, patient, and kind as she is knowledgable. When I go through those revolving doors and see her behind the counter, I’m relieved because I know I’ll get the best attention and care. This bank, and this branch in particular, is the best bank I’ve belonged to. Thank you!
The staff at every level has been competent, friendly, and gone out of their way to help resolve problems that arose, e.g., getting approval of an account when documents were initially deemed inadequate by "Compliance," coming to our home to enable a disabled customer to provide notarized signatures, and helping to set up and correct problems we had with our on line account.
