If I can give no stars I would, this has to be the worse bank ever to deal with a car loan I do not recommend they want extra money for anything they stated I never had insurance which I did the whole time so they wanted me to pay 200 extra for insurance with them I sent them all the receipts of me having insurance everything they asked for still wanted extra now I got in a bad accident car totaled insurance is paying off the car and they have the nerve to write me stating they want me to keep paying them and they will refun... read more
