Customer service is top notch. They know their customers by name. Security is great. Never had an issue.

I have had exceptional service from First American for years. They know me and are so proactive in the support they provide. Recently I changed the legal structure for my business and didn't think about the need to change my business bank account. They called me and it was so easy to take the new documentation to them and they quickly changed the bank records. I am very grateful to have a real community bank that I can depend on for business and personal financial needs.
