I had a very pleasant experience at First American Bank in Kenosha. I was drawn here by its proximity to my residence. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Right away I felt I made a good choice and the way my bankers helped with my personal needs I was even more convinced that I wanted to bank here.
They bought my car loan and it’s been so annoying setting up and later making modifications to auto pay, it’s 2023 and they are still using forms you need to fill out and manually sign instead of having it built into their app or website. I’d recommend them to someone 85 years or older because it feels like they haven’t modernized anything.
