They are the absolute nicest people I have ever encountered at a bank. I’m going to try for an account with them. I just cannot thank them enough for their wonderful kindness and positive spirit. You guys are amazing!!!
I was spamed on Tuesday May 17th. When I realize what happening I called the main branch and put my account and put my accounts on hold. The person wanted me to withdraw large amount money from my one account. The fraudelent department helped and put hold on my accounts. I had to go back to my back in Paddock Lake the next day and apologize to the back for not telling the truth what was happening. They bought my car loan and it’s been so annoying setting up and later making modifications to auto pay, it’s 2023 and they are still using forms you need to fill out and manually sign instead of having it built into their app or website. I’d recommend them to someone 85 years or older because it feels like they haven’t modernized anything.
The staff at this Bank are outstanding. All of the staff at the First American Bank in Paddock Lake(Salem) provide absolutely outstanding customer service. Every time that I have had any type of issue whatsoever whether it be major or silly I have went and in every instance Janelle and her staff have taken excellent care of the situation. I only wish that I had all of their names so that I can individually recognize them. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I’ve had a personal banking account for years. I recently opened a business account. The business side has a few security features that can be a bit of a headache, but they are serious about security. I did a mortgage refi last year and the rates were great, closing was fast and cost were pretty reasonable.
