Even though I haven’t banked much in person over the past few years, Lana and Pablo at the South Naperville branch always attend to my every need are very thorough and expedient. Can’t ask for a better crew in my opinion.
Our business has been a customer of this bank since last summer and, being a former customer of various other banks in the area, this has been one of if not the best banking experience I have had. This was the first experience we had with First American and I have to say it went incredibly smooth. We had been dealing with another bank to try and get a loan for our patio and had nothing but run arounds. First Ammerican was friendly, kept us in the loop on everything, was responsive to our needs and was just an overall pleasure to work with. Wish thery had more local locations but am still considering moving all our business (personl and commercial) to this bank.

To say I am a fan of First American Bank is an understatement. I am a super fan of bank manager, Pablo Encinas at the Naperville Crossings branch. In August of 2020, I went to my bank, (A big bank that uses 3 letters in it's name) and asked for help getting a PPP loan for my small business.
