My wife and I live in Homer Glen. We have been banking at the PNC for many years. More specifically, the PNC on 143rd st. Recently PNC decided to get rid of the bank tellers and you can't deal with a teller in the drive through either. They're open 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday. Closed on weekends. I had a visit to the Homer Glen IL location and to my surprise, the branch officer there, saw that I was not getting the best rate on my present savings account, so she helped me tremendously by changing that. The care and personalized service can not be more appreciated and kudos to Jennifer!
