Recently I opened up some accounts at this bank with the teller Crystal . On the first time she gave my husband paperwork with my full social on it to bring home for me to sign . I did not consent to this . I was flabbergasted because that’s my personal information . Best bank in Chicago. I recently moved to Texas and I am still banking with first American
Crystal Moreno (Branch manager) and her entire staff at this location are very professional and caring .. They go above and beyond to help you with all your banking needs . As a 10year or so customer I highly recommend First American bank and this particular location for their bilingual staff and exceptional service.
