Recently I opened up some accounts at this bank with the teller Crystal . On the first time she gave my husband paperwork with my full social on it to bring home for me to sign . I did not consent to this . I was flabbergasted because that’s my personal information . Crystal Moreno (Branch manager) and her entire staff at this location are very professional and caring .. They go above and beyond to help you with all your banking needs . As a 10year or so customer I highly recommend First American bank and this particular location for their bilingual staff and exceptional service.

We first opened business and personal checking accounts and took out an equity loan at this branch. The staff were excellent and attentive. They are always willing and go beyond to help us to answer questions and give us advice. Robert, Crystal, and Mannie are the usual ones to help us, but everyone is professional and nice. They know us by name, and when it comes to tax time, we usually ask them for certain paper work to help us file tax, and they are always willing to help.
