Larry and co at first American bank have made the heloc process incredibly easy, comfortable, and smooth sailing. We plan on doing a big home renovation on our home, and it wouldn’t be possible without Larry helping us. He initially gave instruction for us to clean our credit card debt up in order to get us the most possible in the loan, and once we did that, he helped fund our loan with the most possible we could attain, and at such a good interest rate. The bank employees are very polite, welcoming and helpful. Services are great. Didn't take long for me to get my account and I would send people to them.
My sister and I took our Mom to open an account and we received excellent service. Ryanne and Lily were extremely helpful with helping us understand the details and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, especially Mom. Thanks so much to both of them. The drive people are always nice. The only reason I give this bank 3 stars is because there name is First American Bank and they have no American flag like the other banks I seen not even a flag on the 4th of July? It's not that pretty to look at without the flag I mean your name IS First American for a reason isn't it? 🇺🇲 America first?
The employees are what make this bank, they are always helpful, professional, and treat you like family. You dont get that with other banks. The loan rates are also pretty good. Thank you First American Bank, you make my banking easier and more pleasurable.
