Absolutely love my branch (Downtown Doral) and this bank. It’s like coming to see good friends or family every time I come in the branch. The team is always looking out to take care of me. If you want a local brick and mortar you can trust, this is your branch.

A great experience all around, the entire staff is very professional, friendly and accomodating. I opened up a business account and plan to open up a personal account as well. Honestly no other bank can beat their current rates on a HELOC!

Horrible customer service from the lady upfront, she even got involved the way i parked my car she didn’t like it and gave me an attitude. Not friendly environment
