We opened up a few accounts and couldn't be happier. We were greeted on entry and we worked with Terri. She is so nice to work with offering us suggestions that worked perfect. When we left we felt very satisfied with our choice to move to this bank.
Apathetic bank. My family and I had been banking with Southport bank for many years. There were times when we found ourselves struggling and found we had over drafted. We tried to cover the fees as soon as we discovered the problem. Sometimes it was hard to predict when bills would go through. Southport reached out to us. They said they waived any overdraft fees and called us in for a meeting. They gave us a no-interest loan to help us get back on our feet. I miss that, the compassion. Kenosha Metal Products has used "Big Banks" in the past. Very sterile treatment. Very happy with Southport Bank. I thought that the personal relationship in commercial banking was a thing of the past. Southport proved me wrong. Very happy!
