This has been incredibly frustrating. We transferred a trust checking account with you after our father passed away. We were given 3 checks for the new account. I personally went into the bank and spoke with Karen about getting about 6 more checks. She said she'd take care of it when she was done with the customer she was helping at that moment. First off, the bank didn't open on time. Spoke to the "banker" about opening savings accounts for minor children and was rudely asked why we aren't using our own bank. 1. Why does it matter? 2. "Our" bank (USAA) doesn't have a local branch. We'll gladly take our business elsewhere.
My Wife and I got a Home Equity Line of Credit through First American Bank. I cannot believe we waited this long to do this. We were paying around 20% for all our cards and FAB offered us 8% ish for all our cards. They saved us so much money! Sherl from the Gurnee Location was incredible! She was so Friendly, patient and knowledgeable and got us through this so quickly and easily. We would highly recommend FAB and Sherl for anybody that wants a Home Equity Line of Credit
You locked my account. Said you would call back same day or next day. Nobody ever called me back. Please unlock my account so I can buy my dog some food. Just let me use whats in my account. You can block my account for money transfers if you want. But please I need to buy my dog food. Thank you.
