Let me start off by bragging on the provider, I didn’t catch her name, but my papers say Kristina Roark. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and checked things over that actually pertained to my complaint better than any provider I’ve had in awhile. She had a GREAT personal-professional balance and was very kind and took the time to explain things to me. She is the best provider I have seen there to date! Very good experience at this facility. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I got in to see the medical professional right away. And she diagnosed my problem and prescribed medication to help me. Thanks to these folks I am feeling much better today.
