My family and I have been to First Care several times and have always been very pleased. The staff is always friendly, and the providers are always attentive, knowledgeable, caring and spot-on in their diagnosis and treatment. It’s also the cleanest medical office I’ve ever been in. I can’t say enough good things about every aspect of this clinic and the professionals who work there.
This was the first time I'd needed to use an urgent care (my provider wasn't in) and this one was so simple! Check in took about 4-5 minutes on my phone and I was in an exam room with a nurse in less than 10 minutes. The NP was knowledgeable and very nice. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy and I was out the door. From start to finish was less than 30 minutes and everyone from the front staff to the medical staff was wonderful! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The sign in process was easy and the wait time was not long at all, especially since it was only a few days before Christmas. The nurse and doctors were so kind to my 3 year old son who was sick, making him laugh and feel comfortable while being checked out.
Great staff and the physician who treated my son was excellent. Don’t live in the area but would recommend the place a hundred times over based on staff and the physician. Treated us very nicely and very attentive to any of our needs. Truly appreciate what they did for us.
Great experience. Professional staff from front desk receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Everyone was friendly, helpful, & professional. Would recommend.
