Came here due to their glowing google maps reviews. Best choice I ever made. The experience was totally painless. The manager *unfortunately forgot his name* was the only person I interacted with, and he was a total G. Communicated very well and inspired a lot of confidence. They replaced everything with OEM parts and car looks as good as new. 10/10!
Ashley at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even recommended a car rental for me which ended up saving me several hundred dollar. 1st Choice Collision was realistic in the time line they gave me due to trying to get parts nowadays. Had a slight issue not being able to find grill it was found that there was a nation wide backorder. Well miss Ashley kept me informed almost daily. Once it was located it was fast and easy. . Miss Ashley made contact with insurance Co to explain situation. And when I picked my truck up it was like new. Thanks first choice and thank you Ashley. You made it all ok
Black leather back seat was covered with white dust, I can only assumed was from sanding the area they worked on, the front seat and center console also had the same dust, less of it but still dusty, has paint imperfections on the “repaired” area inside of door frame
