This place is my insurance company preferred shop and they did not disappoint. Kept me up dated on my car statue and did an amazing job. Ashley is the first person I encountered and she was great. Each person I talked to on the phone was always patient and professional. I would highly recommend them.My car looks good as new. Thank you 1st Choice Collision.
This, unfortunately, is my second time using 1st Choice to fix/repair a damaged vehicle. This team is so professional and transparent. They will ensure that you are provided with updates and take the burden of dealing directly with the insurance company off of the client. GREAT SERVICE!
Would definitely recommend them to anyone! They did a great job, and kept me updated the whole time. The woman working up front was friendly, and everything went smoothly. Can’t even tell there was ever any damage to my vehicle.
I had the opportunity to use 1st choice on my recent claim, and I must say, I’m very pleased both with the results and my interactions with Ashley. She was very kind and was happy to make extra phone calls when there was a little mixup on my insurance’s side of things. She got us sorted right out pretty dang quickly.
