Rob was on time, explained everything and is very personable and professionial. I know he did a great job on our furnance and it was a pleasure to have him do the work for us.

Nick came to tune up my furnace and replace the filter. He arrived at the designated time and did a very good job. I had some questions about a product to eliminate allergins in the air. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and answered all my questions. We are very happy with the service and the people who work for First Choice.

I have dealt with their very pleasant office staff, service techs, sales person and the owner. Each and everyone was courteous, answered all my questions and concerns. I have had service on my old furnace and I am currently having a new furnace and central air installed by them and have nothing but praise.
Ben Porter of First Choice Heating and Cooling arrived on time today and performed an annual PM on our furnace and a complete service on our backup electrical generator. He was courteous and friendly. His work was the best that I have seen over the years. Along with thoroughly cleaning everything inside and out, he did an extensive review of the furnace and a complete service of the generator according to the manufacturer's specifications. A very good job.
