I have only been with First Choice for a couple of weeks but I really enjoy working here. The staff are nice and they have been very accommodating with my school schedule, even when it’s on shorter notice than I would like. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a caregiving job. They also reimburse you for mileage.
Managers and HR do not know how to talk to employees. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was shocked by the way I was treated. Zero manners and zero etiquette. I wish I could mention the names of the individuals involved, but out of respect and professionalism, I will not. One was a senior case manager and the other worked in HR. I have been with FirstChoice for almost 11 years. I am a quadriplegic and the caregivers that I’ve gotten from FirstChoice are good! I have two longterm caregivers, one for nine years and the other one for eight. these caregivers are like family to me now!When they can’t make it, FirstChoice does everything they can to find fill-in caregivers for me and I feel very cared for.
I am an HCA I work for the company love to help people. A typical day I would clean go shopping. Take take clients to medical appointments remind them to take their medications, pick up medications. Prepare meals. Do laundry anything I can do to help them out.
Over the past three years, some of my mother’s caregivers have been through First Choice, with Wynter Seferian managing her care for much of that time. Wynter has been outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely dedicated. Because of her, we recently moved all of my mother’s remaining caregiving hours from another company to First Choice. She makes a real difference, and I hope management recognizes the value she brings. Highly recommend.
