I have been here for a few months and I was treated with so much kindness and care. The staff really care and the program is great. I’m very confident that I got everything I needed. Savannah was my case manager and she helped me with getting all the resources and Riley was my therapist very kind and insightful. Chad, Dan, Sara, and Ken were amazing Facilitators. I would highly recommend if you or a loved one is going through addiction or mental health.
So I just want to start off by stating that this facility changed my life drastically and saved my butt! Quite literally. I came to FCRC a scared, shaking, & shy woman. I was a kid on the inside. Mr. Jeff & Savannah saved me from myself AT LEAST 3 times from trying to walk out on my recovery because of issues on the outside (life continues even though we go to treatment, ya know). This place helped me save my own life and I am truly grateful for everyone here. Amber is an amazing case manager that handled my case with intent and urgency in every way. Every staff member including Jeff treated me as if they personally cared about me, because they did and it showed.

The staff—especially Jeff Lorazo, Amber, Savannah, and Taylor—go above and beyond. They truly care and treat you like family. I gained not only tools for lasting recovery but also lifelong friendships. First City isn’t just a treatment center—it’s a supportive community that genuinely wants to see you succeed. I highly recommend it to anyone serious about recovery.
First City Recovery Center is an awesome place with friendly staff, caretakers, and administrators supporting individuals through education and providing resources &to recover from the world of addiction.
