I have been here for a few months and I was treated with so much kindness and care. The staff really care and the program is great. I’m very confident that I got everything I needed. Savannah was my case manager and she helped me with getting all the resources and Riley was my therapist very kind and insightful. Chad, Dan, Sara, and Ken were amazing Facilitators. I would highly recommend if you or a loved one is going through addiction or mental health.
So I just want to start off by stating that this facility changed my life drastically and saved my butt! Quite literally. I came to FCRC a scared, shaking, & shy woman. I was a kid on the inside. Mr. Jeff & Savannah saved me from myself AT LEAST 3 times from trying to walk out on my recovery because of issues on the outside (life continues even though we go to treatment, ya know). This place helped me save my own life and I am truly grateful for everyone here. Amber is an amazing case manager that handled my case with intent and urgency in every way. Every staff member including Jeff treated me as if they personally cared about me, because they did and it showed.
First City Recovery Center is an awesome place with friendly staff, caretakers, and administrators supporting individuals through education and providing resources &to recover from the world of addiction. I would highly recommend this very clean and friendly environment for yourself, loved ones and friends.
The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff was unbelievably caring & helpful. Even the administrators would bend over backwards to listen and help with any questions or concerns. Therapist and Case Managers were bar none of any I’ve ever experienced. I made lifelong friendships and an alumni group I felt I could lean on 24/7. An experience I will always cherish.
