Overall the treatment I received was A plus and to be fair I did receive what I needed. There were instances of blatant disrespect and unprofessional conduct by 2 of the staff members both witnessed and experienced myself during my time there this time, but not during class sessions. Not what someone paying for treatment at a facility should be subjected to in my opinion. I was recently at this inpatient recovery center for my mental health and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly supportive and understanding, and the patients were equally amazing. The center provided me with the tools I needed to overcome my struggles and helped me get back on track. I can confidently say that this place saved my life. I would highly recommend this center to anyone who is struggling with their mental health and needs a safe and supportive environment to heal.

I will state this endlessly. This is the worst rehab I have ever been to. I am ashamed to admit I have been to 5, but thankfully my last one in California helped. Let me list the reasons 1. No personal 1 on 1 therapy sessions 2. No accountability for their patients 3. Patients, while I was there, left the facility and participated in alcohol and drug use. I had the pleasure of doing a photo shoot for First City Recovery, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is impeccably clean, the staff is caring and professional, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. As a videographer and photographer, I can confidently say that First City Recovery would be an excellent option for clients seeking a top notch recovery center. Highly recommended!

First City absolutely saved my life! I cannot say enough about the entire staff. I went from drinking myself to death to feeling like a person again! It's a long journey but it's worth it..Thank you first city!
