Dr. Moon is an exceptional dermatologist — caring, personable, and truly professional. She takes the time to listen and always answers all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciate how she checks in on my other medical conditions to make sure everything is connected and I’m doing well overall. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care go a long way. She’s just downright a great doctor, and I’m grateful to have her in my corner!
First Coast Dermatology is an outstanding practice with great doctors and other providers and a friendly, supportive staff. My family and I have been patients for 20 years, and we love this group of professionals and completely trust them with our skin care. My current doctor is Danielle Reimer, who is fantastic …very thorough, great at communicating to me and always so engaging and friendly. I feel blessed to have her and this practice as my dermatology providers.
The location itself is nice and clean so I will give a star for that. Doctor Eleanor Schwartz is completely untrustworthy in my eyes. I’ve been getting appointments here for 5 years now and not one prescription she has given me has helped long term whatsoever. My most recent visit, I informed her the previous medication she provided was ineffective and even suspected it made my condition worse. Lillian was very nice and talked to my dad who is the patient and to me. I like PA's and Physicians who r like that. You need a bed side manners in order to capture the patient's attention and most of all be liked.
