I met Dr. O’Shaughnessy for the first time and was impressed with the care and listening. Had the most thorough skin cancer check. Additionally, I’ve never experienced such a well run and punctual office. They run on time to the minute. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was an excellent improvement over my former dermatological practice with efficiency, attention to details, and a fresh interior. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable, but you’ll never sit there long. Highly recommend.
Great appointment! Everyone was so kind and friendly, which is very important to me. I felt like I have known them all forever. I had a very good examination and happy to go back in 6months.
I've been seeing Dr. Moon for over 10 years and learned she is retiring so I can't speak to thwbother providers. Staff has always been helpful and visits are quick. My most recent visit required me to give a deposit at check in since I was self lay. This is apparently a new policy and I don't understand it since I have to pay when I checkout. At checkout I had to pay again the remaining balance of my visit. As a long time patient, it was a turn off.
On time, quick but thorough exam. Very informative as we went through the scanning process. Kirsten was patient with my questions and explained her answers easily. much better experience than my previous dermatologist who quite frankly sucked. highly recommend this team. thank you Kirsten
I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly (within 2 business days) and checked in via phone. Upon arriving in the office, I was brought back to an exam room right at the exact appointment time. Dr Moon, who I’ve seen several times over the years saw me within minutes. She was extremely pleasant and fully explained my medical situation and what to expect after lab analysis. I have been a patient at this practice for years and have yet to have a poor experience.
