0verall it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were polite and efficient. I was taken a few minutes ahead of my appointment. In the examination room Anna, the assistant verified my reason for coming in taking 5 minutes to review my concerns and the reason for my visit. A few minutes latter the PA, Elleanor Swartz came in. Dr. Moon is an exceptional dermatologist — caring, personable, and truly professional. She takes the time to listen and always answers all of my questions thoroughly. I appreciate how she checks in on my other medical conditions to make sure everything is connected and I’m doing well overall. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care go a long way. She’s just downright a great doctor, and I’m grateful to have her in my corner!
My experience at First Coast Dermatology has always been very positive. The front desk is always friendly and professional, and Dr. Reimer is great! I recently had a Basal cell removed, and I would highly recommend Dr. Lutz. He is a surgeon and kept me calm during the whole procedure. It was on my face in a very unusual place.

This is a difficult practice to gain an appointment but when finally a patient, follow ups can be moderately timely. The exam is exceedingly thorough and concerns are attentively addressed. However, the whole interaction felt rushed--explanations, information offered in a quick business like manner during the exam. My Kingdom for a medical visit that is not on a frenzied timeline.
