We loved working with them. They were fast and efficient. We will be calling them in the future if we refinance or buy another home.
Had to send them the same documents three times before they found them. Difficult to get in touch with the person in charge. The are very disorganized. Trying to secure a loan through them has been very stressful. Now they have us over a barrel because we don't have time to switch lenders. We are scared to death this transaction will blow up in our faces.
