They treat people poorly, and every officer or agent I have ever dealt with at this company has been dishonest. We had a great experience working with Ty to get our loan. He was very responsive and kept us informed about everything we needed to do to expedite the paperwork. We definitely felt that he was on our side the entire time. We also were impressed with the app that helped with the submitting of paperwork and keeping everything on track. We'd definitely would recommend First Colony Mortgage to our family and friends.

I was able to refinance with First Colony at a lower rate, saving us nearly $200 a month. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Gary Stevens has been our guy since 2018 and he kept in touch with us to help us know when the best time was to refinance after we bought our home. Keep up the great work! Follow up about a year later. 10/26/2020. About a month ago Gary called me up to let me know rates had dropped again, significantly. It was enough to jump on it and save us a substantial amount. I had an amazing experience working with First Colony Mortgage! Lori was fantastic and truly made me feel like I was a priority. She explained everything I needed to know as a first-time home buyer and was a resource to me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using First Colony Mortgage for any future home purchases.

Our experience was wonderful with First Colony Mortgage. We did have to supply the same information a few times, seemed redundant? It was at various times during the process, so it must have been necessary on their part! After checks were mailed out to debtors the team followed through on several occasions to insure proper payouts. Great job!!!!!!!
