Tyler Winegar was amazing! He didn't tell me what kind of mortgage I would get, he gave me choices. He worked with me for months to improve my credit, get a better rate, make my payments affordable, and buy a home. We closed just about a week ago and it wouldn't have been possible without Tyler.

I’ve had multiple closings get pushed off because of issues with the financing and its dependencies. I can understand once or twice, but not 100%. The process has been very involved and complex. I may lose one of the deals and as a result my eligibility for a 1031 exchange. I appreciate all the work, but the process has been anything but smooth.
