The clerk that answers the phone has greatly improved. When I called, I asked for a check from my savings be sent to me. The woman who assisted me, immediately knew what to do. In the past, the clerk would not know what I was talking about. And even some have told me, the Credit Union doesn’t do that only thru checking accounts. It use to be so-so frustrating. Great improvement with the phone calls.

Don't know if the last transmission you receive that disconnected but miss Bobby in members solutions was definitely a God sent... She had the patience of job to really handle my scenario and as far as helping me with my password which me being not from the area from the East Coast she took the time to educate me on the product and I just want you guys to know she is definitely 18 Clare that you will want to always have on your team thank you kudos to miss Bobby
