Thank you Dr. Kim and staff for treating my dental needs today. I literally put on my calendar my appointment was today, but when I got there, I learned that my appointment is the next day. The office and Dr. Kim were so kind and empathetic, took into consideration my 1.5hr drive from SD and squeezed me in despite their already fully booked schedule. Needless to say, all my dental needs were fully care for and addressed with care and attention. I truly appreciate Dr. Kim, his staff, and First Dental Care office.
I've been coming to this dental office for the past 7 years and have had a positive experience. Dr. Kim is the best, and I always leave satisfied knowing Dr. Kim took his time making sure my dental work is done well. My whole family also comes to First Dental Care because we trust the work being done here is quality work which is hard to find in many dental offices today.
I have been going here for 8 years. While this place has polite doctors and staff, they have become too busy, over booking more patients than they can properly care for. I have medi medi and they helped me get signed up for the Advantage plan to hopefully get my implants partially paid for. With that said, I'm still waiting to see how that works out. Been going to first dental for about 3 years the whole staff doctors very kind do very well work I think them very much for everything they do for my family
This place is the worst the doctors not know what they do and they are unprofessional I took my son with a small infection and they only charged the consultation and the x-rays only to saying they could not do anything and they did not reset anything for the infection or the pain will definitely never come back to this horrible place
