James Maddox and First Heritage Mortgage did an exceptional job with double closings! The buyer on the sellers home originally chose a different lender who failed miserably. James Maddox, who was the sellers lender on the home they were buying, and his team in 2 weeks got everything back on track and closed the deal on time. We are forever grateful and it’s why I only would recommend them!!
