Erica was always kind, professional and responded in a timely manner during the homebuying process. Also, everyone that assisted me during this process. However, I do not feel that First Heritage, Stanely Martin's preferred lender put forth an effort to make sure that I got the best possible deal. There's a right way and a wrong way to do mortgage lending. However, There's also the Glenn Harshman way! There's no better way to say it, Glenn represents the best of First Heritage Mortgage, and ultimately, the reason we will be doing business with them. They partner with Stanley Martin builders and Ashley H. is absolutely rude. She was rude to me and my realtor and Instead of fixing a problem she won’t help or do the application. If it can be avoided please find another builder and lender for your new home

This Mortgage company and its personnel have literally been the worst I ever dealt with. Stay away if possible.
