He worked to secure a rate buy-down that will save us thousands over the life of the loan. We didn't feel dismissed or unimportant, although he was servicing several clients at once. He communicated effectively and kept us informed of the next steps in the procedure. His work ethic and professionalism are top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience.
