This is an independently owned Bank with resources however to handle any size customer. Independent is the key word which means your concerns and specific needs can be addressed by in house decision makers right in your area. 1st National has been very helpful over the years in handling simple banking needs as well as complex multi leg-ed real estate transactions. Their Staff is second to none and would recommend them to anyone as I have already done many times. I have been a customer for over 20 years.
This is a great bank for the south side of Janesville. It needs to stay open and not close due to the merger.

The absolute gold standard of service from the folks at FNBT. I was in a massive time crunch to open a business banking account to purchase a long time local Janesville business after being denied from a local credit union for only having a paper issued Wisconsin ID rather than plastic which takes 5-10 business days in the mail which I did not have with closing date fast approaching.
