First Steps Recovery is a super solid program! I am a program director of a local detox and residential treatment center a few cities over, Roseville Recovery, and had the pleasure of coming out to meet Nick Fogle and some of the other staff at First Steps. Doing the program here as outpatient 5d/wk right now and learning so much! This is my 3rd time turning away from dependence, but the first time taking useful and positively constructive methods with me. Nothing but encouragement is what you can expect. Nearly all employees (case managers, therapists, managers etc) are in recovery and also have credentials of some kind. Cooper we love Kirsten and Colleen our amazing family I will go into Colleen's office every morning and take her candy with love Gwen and Keith are my case managers and they have been since August of 2025 today is January 19th 2026 after relapse and relapse I will be graduating in a week from now I will not give up and go back to work happy and grateful Gwen and Keith I have a relationship with them that will never be broken on this flat Earth we live on
