I rented a storage facility in Danville, Virginia. The place was very nice and clean. It was easy to come and go from the storage facility. I felt the facility was safe and I felt comfortable storing my furniture in the facility. I especially like the climate controlled facility because the climate in the facility was not too hot or too cold. I would definitely recommend this facility to another client.
Had automatic monthly payments. Card had to be replaced because of fraud. They overcharged again! Wanted to make sure it was no late fee. Called yesterday morning and this morning and left call- back #. Noone called me back. Charges increased again. Do not store here. Everyone moving out. They are greedy - increase monthly rent by $50-$100 frequently and never answer phone or return your call when they say they will! People that worked here until 2-3 months were professional. These new people are terrible!
