We were very impressed with the service we received signing up for storage units with First Storage in Huntsville, AL. Sarah, whom we met initially, was very friendly and informative about the pricing and was very helpful in showing the different sizes of the units and how the locking systems worked. My husband initially had some trouble with the sign up in the app and accidentally rented two units , but when he called the onsite office Kristina was happy to assist and quickly corrected the error. Great facility! Kristina and Larry were both incredibly professional, going above and beyond to make sure we had the correct sized unit, the locks were functional (Bluetooth locks), and we could move in when we needed to. Excellent experience!
I was very pleased with their service. Their prices were affordable. The whole place was very clean and smells good. I will recommend them to anyone.
