Richard the Manager with First Storage has always been a very good help and very kind to me. He is always willing to Lend helping hand and fix any problem that I may encounter. He was a very big help to and resolved the issue and went over and beyond. I definitely recommend this place and recommend you work with Richard.
I truly love the customer service here, I sleep well knowing my belongings are safe. Richard Blevins has been there to answer my questions and remind me promptly when I may be late so I can quickly fix the problem. I give First Storage a 100% satisfaction.
Very friendly and nice building. Richard was great with helping me get the perfect unit and answered all my questions. And very easy to talk with. We got a unit that was perfect for what we needed. Love that it is very secure and security is a plus as well. Love that it is also climate controlled as well I never have to worry about my things being damaged.10/10 would recommend this storage Facilities!
Richard Blevins was a fantastic help. This was the first time I’ve rented a storage space and Richard was very friendly and helpful. He showed my husband and I around the facility and where our unit would be. He was very upfront about the leasing contract and explained all the fees and security features. With First Storage being a climate controlled facility I will definitely refer them to anyone who’s looking for storage solutions.
Richard Blevins was the nice young man that was on duty the day that me and my friend went to rent us a storage unit we had left another storage unit where there was nobody on site. Nobody would answer the phone very confusing situation and was blessed to have Mr. Blevins help us out on site show us around.
