Richard was patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. He made a stressful situation feel manageable, and that kindness means more than words can say. If you’re looking for storage with someone you can trust, First Storage — and Richard — are the best choice.
Customer service from Bonnie Alday was excellent! There were some issues with the system but she worked until she got things right for my rental. The space itself is perfect and exactly what we needed.

Richard Blevins was a fantastic help. This was the first time I’ve rented a storage space and Richard was very friendly and helpful. He showed my husband and I around the facility and where our unit would be. He was very upfront about the leasing contract and explained all the fees and security features. With First Storage being a climate controlled facility I will definitely refer them to anyone who’s looking for storage solutions.
