Very friendly and nice building. Richard was great with helping me get the perfect unit and answered all my questions. And very easy to talk with. We got a unit that was perfect for what we needed. Love that it is very secure and security is a plus as well. Love that it is also climate controlled as well I never have to worry about my things being damaged.10/10 would recommend this storage Facilities!
The reservation and check-in process was made simple with the help of Richard Blevins. He was efficient, courteous and did a great job of getting everything in order for me while I was on vacation. He accommodated me with doing it over the phone. Very pleased so far. I access the unit when returning from vacation so we will see how the facilities work for our needs.

Had the most wonderful experience with Mr. Richard Blevins at First Storage in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. What a great facility and experience. We’ll definitely be storing our items here. I recommend visiting on a day when you can ask for Richard to experience his outstanding customer service.
Richard was excellent. He was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and was one of the friendliest and non-pushy salesman, that I have ever interacted with. Would give more stars if able to. Highly recommend First Storage. Great prices for the size units available.
