Christine in Wilkesboro is great! Very friendly and accommodating. She helped me get a second storage unit and has helped me with a challenge from the previous management company (not First Storage). The storage itself is clean and convenient. We love that it's climate controlled. We are between houses and were able to hang our clothes on a freestanding closet in storage. 10/10 great experience! Christine was so nice and helpful from start to finish. I went to look at the unit before deciding on it and she had no problem helping with that. I could not recommend a better place, Christine really sets the atmosphere and is so friendly and caring!
Christine Kingston has always been super nice friendly and extremely helpful no matter what I need or my questions are. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with her so she is such an asset to your company.
Richard, the assistant manager, was super cool to work with. He did his best to get me through the process as quickly as possible and was even willing to show me multiple units of different sizes so I could pick the one that best fit my needs.
Loved my experience with Extra space. Mrs . Christine is so awesome and is super friendly . Great staff. She has help me and my family out so much. From signing up to getting a storage unite was easy. Getting to uint was great and the spaces for our belongings. My experience was 100 percent and if I had to I would use extra space.
