Richard was excellent. He was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had and was one of the friendliest and non-pushy salesman, that I have ever interacted with. Would give more stars if able to. Highly recommend First Storage. Great prices for the size units available.
This was my first time using First Storage, and I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially Richard Blevins. As long as he’s with the company, I’ll always recommend First Storage to others. Richard gave me a tour, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my unit before finalizing anything. Thank you, Richard, for your outstanding service!
Christine the store manager is one amazing lady!! My wife and I had a rough situation and she went above and beyond to take care of us and to make sure we had everything we needed. First storage is simply the best storage facility in Wilkes County, hands down! She also trains her store employees to also be courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you guys
Christine Klingsten Was at the desk in the office to help us. She was so delightful. Had the best attitude she was informative just overall the best person to ever come across to deal with. Awesome folks, understanding customers needs and wants, if for example you need a place to store all my/you're parents stuff...other than your home space...wink, wink. Also very knowledgeable/though when inquires are asked. Definitely helpful when as customers we can be down to earth, rather then all business all the time. At least that is what this old Navy Veteran thinks, my opinion, bluntly honest. Highly recommend this location.
