Richard Blevins was a fantastic help. This was the first time I’ve rented a storage space and Richard was very friendly and helpful. He showed my husband and I around the facility and where our unit would be. He was very upfront about the leasing contract and explained all the fees and security features. With First Storage being a climate controlled facility I will definitely refer them to anyone who’s looking for storage solutions.
Very friendly and nice building. Richard was great with helping me get the perfect unit and answered all my questions. And very easy to talk with. We got a unit that was perfect for what we needed. Love that it is very secure and security is a plus as well. Love that it is also climate controlled as well I never have to worry about my things being damaged.10/10 would recommend this storage Facilities!
Richard Blevins was the nice young man that was on duty the day that me and my friend went to rent us a storage unit we had left another storage unit where there was nobody on site. Nobody would answer the phone very confusing situation and was blessed to have Mr. Blevins help us out on site show us around. The reservation and check-in process was made simple with the help of Richard Blevins. He was efficient, courteous and did a great job of getting everything in order for me while I was on vacation. He accommodated me with doing it over the phone. Very pleased so far. I access the unit when returning from vacation so we will see how the facilities work for our needs.
