The entire process was very quick and smooth. Ryan was able to get me the best unit that fit my needs for a good rate. I really appreciate his help. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I will definitely be recommending this location to everyone.
I was having trouble as a new tenant with a different third party that interrupted my payment. So I left a voicemail to Ryan and as soon as he became aware of issue he met with me and figured out the problem . Good polite and very kind. When we stressed out trying to get space he made me feel relaxed and explained in detail how to work the AP. Thank you for your kindness.
Love this storage. Brian is super helpful. It’s very safe, always clean and Ac is perfect for storage. I’ve been here about 4 months and plan to keep my items stored safe here.
Clean unit, quick and easy to get set-up! Alex(Luis) helped us get into a unit with no-hassle. And the facility is always in tip-top shape! By far the best facility and an amazing employee!
I have rented out storages through the years. First Storage is the first storage company that I was very happy with. I didnt have to buy a lock. That saved money and the hassle of another key on my keychain or misplacing it. The staff was friendly, helpful and worked with me. Their system is updated as well. You can use your phone to open the gate, doors and your storage unit. Your able to monitor your activity as well through the phone app. The hours to have access, it opens at 6am and closes at 10pm.
