One of the workers her name is Bea Was outstanding and helping us move into our new unit. Her knowledge helped us secure a very quick transition into our new unit. Highly recommend First Storage 410. Easy to rent online as well love the fact we don’t need keys to access anything. Everything done through your smart phone.
We rented a larger unit for several months while our home was being remodeled. The facility was kept clean and my boxes came home without any unwanted critters. Putting cedar planks in each also helped. There was a change in management during this time so we had a hard time getting a question answered because we had been contacting the old managers email. Other than that hiccup we were pleased with service and felt our entire "house" of goods was secure. I would recommend this storage facility.
My sister and I rented a storage space at First Storage. Bea was very helpful explaining and showing us our choices. Since we rented she answers any questions we have and ready to help us with what we need. The location is very convenient for us and maintained well.

Garbage, don't bother with them. First was promised a set rate for a year and 3 months later they raise rates. I don't know about everyone, but that type of model is criminal. I'm at fault at not having it in writing, but a rate hike is definitely not a norm. They also have problems with their entry software by phone, which all bugs should have been cleared prior to putting into play. Security is crap their units share the roof area and are only separated by chain link fence. They do not communicate when robberies happen in... read more
