I have been with this facility not long after they opened. I had a unit through another company that was broken into n not much was done by the staff, in fact never saw any staff from the time I rented to the unit to the time I moved my stuff out of it and placed it with First storage. One of the workers her name is Bea Was outstanding and helping us move into our new unit. Her knowledge helped us secure a very quick transition into our new unit. Highly recommend First Storage 410. Easy to rent online as well love the fact we don’t need keys to access anything. Everything done through your smart phone.
We rented a larger unit for several months while our home was being remodeled. The facility was kept clean and my boxes came home without any unwanted critters. Putting cedar planks in each also helped. There was a change in management during this time so we had a hard time getting a question answered because we had been contacting the old managers email. Other than that hiccup we were pleased with service and felt our entire "house" of goods was secure. I would recommend this storage facility.
My husband is deployed I always call to process my payment through phone the lady in the mornings always processes my payment and is pretty nice. However the afternoon employee Alex has been very rude I been having an issue with my account the rent price was raised and we never got notice of the new charges. The lady in the mornings double check for me to see if a noticed was sent she said no so she would ask her manager call me and see how they could help me fix my problem. I moved my storage from Public Storage and haven’t looked back. Much better service, cleaner processes, and more stable bill so I know what to expect each month. Public Storage and really nearly all the other players in this field are gaming us all. So, when you find a company not playing these games with us, you stick with them.
