One of the workers her name is Bea Was outstanding and helping us move into our new unit. Her knowledge helped us secure a very quick transition into our new unit. Highly recommend First Storage 410. Easy to rent online as well love the fact we don’t need keys to access anything. Everything done through your smart phone.
My sister and I rented a storage space at First Storage. Bea was very helpful explaining and showing us our choices. Since we rented she answers any questions we have and ready to help us with what we need. The location is very convenient for us and maintained well.
We rented a larger unit for several months while our home was being remodeled. The facility was kept clean and my boxes came home without any unwanted critters. Putting cedar planks in each also helped. There was a change in management during this time so we had a hard time getting a question answered because we had been contacting the old managers email. Other than that hiccup we were pleased with service and felt our entire "house" of goods was secure. I would recommend this storage facility.

No issues. No complaints. Good service. I was always able to get in when needed. It's always clean, and there was always someone friendly up front. Prices definitely increased compared to when I first got in. And I only stayed about 8 months. Definitely would recommend and return if needed. Thank you
