Update as of 5/21- Received a call 5/20 that my unit had water collected under the door and the lock wasn’t working correctly. Ayana was who I worked with to get the issue corrected. I went in 5/21 and she met me at my unit, viewed the damage, got me into a new unit at no extra charge and advised me how to file a claim. She was very helpful! I have been with this facility not long after they opened. I had a unit through another company that was broken into n not much was done by the staff, in fact never saw any staff from the time I rented to the unit to the time I moved my stuff out of it and placed it with First storage. The cost of pocket friendly which I appreciate along with the security measures they have throughout the facility. I have a unit that as soon as someone enters it, it alerts me which I love. One of the workers her name is Bea Was outstanding and helping us move into our new unit. Her knowledge helped us secure a very quick transition into our new unit. Highly recommend First Storage 410. Easy to rent online as well love the fact we don’t need keys to access anything. Everything done through your smart phone.
I moved my storage from Public Storage and haven’t looked back. Much better service, cleaner processes, and more stable bill so I know what to expect each month. Public Storage and really nearly all the other players in this field are gaming us all. So, when you find a company not playing these games with us, you stick with them.
Great experience throughout our 6months stay. We were in between homes and the manager Bea was amazing she helped us pick out the right unit for our stuff. She was so sweet she saw us moving into our unit and came by to make sure we were good.
