I have to say Kim was amazing helping me get my storage unit, even though she was super busy at the time. She is super friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out what size unit I needed. Kim really made the entire process easy. The facility is awesome, I really like that it's new, clean, all inside units and secure.
We needed a newer and bigger storage unit and we really liked the convenience of this location. Upon arriving, I really was not sure what size we needed and Kim was extremely helpful to walk us through the facility and show us the different sizes of the units and help us choose one that was right for us. I had the pleasure of meeting Kim, the manager at First Storage yesterday. I was not expecting the level of professionalism she brings to managing her facility when she is not only signing folks up for the technology that inspires this place, but also the personal skills she employs while teaching us how to navigate the building.. Kim was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and made the set up process a snap. The facility is brand new, very affordable and well maintained. It is also climate controlled and has state of the art security. I have used other storage facilities in the past and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Can’t say enough good things about this place😁
I was one of the first tenants on the first day they were open. As with anything new there were several new startup pinch points that first day. Kim the manager and the DM Larry were extremely helpful in helping get the bugs out. They followed up with me via phone and text constantly.
