So glad I found this place! New secure storage facility and a super- helpful person managing it. Kim explained everything. She took us through the facility, showed us several units, told us what all the costs would be, and helped us select the unit that best fit our needs. She even ran around to find extra door stops for us to use - and offered us coffee and a snack. Thanks for a great experience and fabulous customer service!
I was one of the first tenants on the first day they were open. As with anything new there were several new startup pinch points that first day. Kim the manager and the DM Larry were extremely helpful in helping get the bugs out. They followed up with me via phone and text constantly. The units are clean, well ventilated and easily accessible. I feel very safe leaving my possessions here. The head manager Kim is also the nicest and most helpful person ever! She really made the whole process easy and carefree. Thank you!
Was looking for the best storage choice in my local area, and although this place didn’t have reviews yet, we visited and were impressed enough to sign up that day. Kim gave us a thorough tour of the facility, told us about the company and its efforts to raise a new facility here, and honored the special advertised on the website. Kim was courteous, friendly and professional! No issues since we signed up either.
Kim was great. Securing the unit was a breeze. Ir has been awhile since I had a unit and the secure link was quite different. Kim was extremely helpful and patient walking through the process. Thank you
