Kim was very helpful in helping me find a unit that fit my needs and that fit within my price range. After picking my unit She walked me through the electronic locking system that the units use. The instructions were easy and simple to follow. She made sure that I was able to operate the locks without failure. If you live in the Travelers Rest area, not only is this a convenient spot (across from Gateway Elementary) to store your belongings. It is safe and secure.
First Storage is the most advanced and great to wok with of any storage company I have worked with and I have worked with a lot. Plus in Travelers Rest you have a terrific manager to work with. Kim is Super. She helps in determining what type of unit to rent and is not only through but really makes the sigh up easy and quick to complete. If your wanting to get a storage unit you should include First Storage in your search

I've been calling many storage facilities as I'm relocating to the area, speaking to Kim at First Storage, Travelers Rest, stood out! Kim is very professional, knowledgeable & understandable of the stresses of moving. Kim was able to explain unit sizes, prices, & the contract I would sign with First Storage in a very clear way. I feel less confused about my storage needs now!
Great experience! Ronda offered above and beyond customer service, supported me with onboarding from the first phone call to my first time onsite. She helped me locate my unit, gave me great tips for moving and answered all of my questions. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. The facilities are clean, easy-to-access, and intuitive in regard to entrances, codes, and keyless access to the unit. 10/10! Thank you, Ronda!
