Kim at First Storage assisted us in renting our storage unit for our upcoming move to Travelers Rest SC, Kim was excellent she demonstrate how to use the lock on the unit, assisted us in setting up our app on the phone, showing us where the cart were located, to move our boxes in to the unit. She was so helpful and friendly … first storage and Kim were great.
Great experience from start to finish. Kim was patient, thorough, and helped guide me through decisions on unit size and pricing options. First Storage was less expensive than other nearby storage facilities and is brand new. Very clean. First Storage in Travelers Rest relieved a lot of stress associated with an interstate move.
Kim was very helpful in helping me find a unit that fit my needs and that fit within my price range. After picking my unit She walked me through the electronic locking system that the units use. The instructions were easy and simple to follow. She made sure that I was able to operate the locks without failure. If you live in the Travelers Rest area, not only is this a convenient spot (across from Gateway Elementary) to store your belongings. It is safe and secure.
I've been calling many storage facilities as I'm relocating to the area, speaking to Kim at First Storage, Travelers Rest, stood out! Kim is very professional, knowledgeable & understandable of the stresses of moving. Kim was able to explain unit sizes, prices, & the contract I would sign with First Storage in a very clear way. I feel less confused about my storage needs now!
First Storage is the most advanced and great to wok with of any storage company I have worked with and I have worked with a lot. Plus in Travelers Rest you have a terrific manager to work with. Kim is Super. She helps in determining what type of unit to rent and is not only through but really makes the sigh up easy and quick to complete. If your wanting to get a storage unit you should include First Storage in your search
