I was one of the first tenants on the first day they were open. As with anything new there were several new startup pinch points that first day. Kim the manager and the DM Larry were extremely helpful in helping get the bugs out. They followed up with me via phone and text constantly. Kim was very customer focused in making sure everything was in working order. I am very happy they are located literally within walking distance from my house. I strongly recommend First Storage
Was looking for the best storage choice in my local area, and although this place didn’t have reviews yet, we visited and were impressed enough to sign up that day. Kim gave us a thorough tour of the facility, told us about the company and its efforts to raise a new facility here, and honored the special advertised on the website. Kim was courteous, friendly and professional! No issues since we signed up either.
When 1st opened there were some bugs to be worked out but the manger was quick to resolve them. This place is very clean and affordable. I highly recommended this place. If I could take down my earlier comment I would. Maybe that's a bug to correct. :)
