Don't get any loan from them, after you pay off your loan they'll report as missing payment. They don't update credit report even after 30 days from report after it's paid off.

We made an appointment through a very professional sounding employee. We show up at 9 am on time, told them we were here and after 10 minutes we were told "please wait here they are getting set up". Well no one was getting set up so knocked on a door and he went to find someone else. He returned and told us they will be coming, 10 minutes later no one was coming and they were letting another customer in front of us. Consumer beware: Firstlight FCU is now holding peoples payroll checks and will not release all of the money into your account if you dont maintain a minimum balance of the amount of your check.IE: if your check is $2500 and you dont maintain a balance everyday of $2500 they will not give you your full check for a week. Theyd rather you close your account than give you the money youre entitled to. They claim this has always been in their policy they just never enforced it before.
