I USED to love FLCU, now I may well pull my account and go elsewhere. I never dreamed my credit union would go the way of Walmart, and engage in trying to turn customers into self service robots. What this has already caused is longer lines and longer waits. I don't even want to go into the lobby anymore. Let me say this...the farther you distance your customers, the more both you and they will suffer for it. Even Walmart has found out that self serve is NO brilliant idea, and have removed some self checks from their store... read more
