I travel to Mason a lot, so having this branch on my route has been incredible for the past few years. I've only been in once(other times used ATM). But the tellers were absolutely amazing. I've been with firstmark over 20 years now.
I’m local born and raised in Fbg tx . The kind smart young lady whose office window faces Main Street (to the left when u walk in front door is outstanding. I wish I could remember her name . deal with most of the banks as a business owner. This young lady needs to be the branch manager! She listened to my needs and I feel she genuinely cares and it was the first time I meet her. I’m extremely happy at first mark
Fredericksburg TX location: opened a new account and invested into a promotional CD. In and out within 30 minutes! Professional, efficient, courteous, and friendly. And they promote educational endeavors locally!
Staff was excellent in the customer service they provided. I felt welcome and appreciated. Kudos for the Fredericksburg staff
