Hunter, from mission branch, was great in assisting us on adding a new share, applying for a new credit limit for us and opening a SDB. He was patient and knowledgeable.

My experience was in 2 parts, I don’t remember the date of my 1st visit but I was blessed to be assisted by Patricia once again on my 2nd visit which was on 5/15/23. I shared with Patricia my personal life and what I was going thru with my daughter, she listened with a compassionate understanding heart, both days she gave me excellent customer service, I felt like I was someone that mattered and not just another member she was assisting. Well I have a business account, so close the account I had from another bank so I can join my personal and business account. The staff is friendly and very community social. Family atmosphere setting. I really love the teller direct service.
